Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee

At Underground Aquaticz we take every precaution to ensure your fish arrive alive and healthy.

Shipping Method All live fish ship via UPS or FedEx Overnight. We do not ship standard ground as live animals require next day delivery.

Live Arrival Guarantee Every order is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If a fish arrives dead we will replace or refund it as long as our requirements are met.

DOA Requirements To qualify for a refund or replacement you must provide:

• Multiple photos of the dead fish in the unopened bag
• Photos of the fish out of the bag
• Photos of any damage to the box
• All photos must be sent within 2 hours of receiving your package

Purging All fish are purged 1-3 days before shipping. This means they are not fed prior to shipment to ensure clean water during transit.

Shipping Days We ship Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed by Wednesday to ship that week. We do not ship on holidays.
